Shipping:

All orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped out within 48 hours.Orders placed on weekends, holidays or weekdays ,will ship the next business day.

We offer a variety of shipping methods and carriers, you will certainly find shipping service that will best fit your needs. Express: DHL, UPS, TNT.FeDex 
Airmail rigister post parcels and so on.
Shipping address: **All orders paid with credit card MUST be shipped to the credit card holders billing address. The reason is because many fraudsters apply this method to ship products to their home address, while the credit card holder is not aware of the purchase.
If your order was paid using PayPal, then the package will be shipped to the shipping address provided by PayPal. 
International customers: We are not responsible for customs taxations neither lost package if the shipping method chosen by the customer is not traceable, or the customer has chosen not to add insurance to the package.
If you have any specific requirements for your package to meet your country's importation fees (duties, taxes), you can use the comment box available during the checkout process to write the request for your order. This way our shipping department will read and follow your request. The items of your order can be shipped as gifts or samples.
Refunds for any returned package will be issued for the purchased items only, shipping carrier shipping service fees are not refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not cover or refund shipping costs for international returns.

Returns:
Manufacturer's Warranty: 12 months. Only covers failures due to defects, in materials workmanship, which occur during normal use. Damages as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, humidity or liquids, or any other circumstances that are not considered as normal use and covered by the warranty,

All returned merchandise must and will be checked by our technician first then offer the repair or refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returned merchandise.
Contact us before you return any item, RMA is needed.
Returns must be shipped to our main office address (see below).
We're not responsible for shipping expenses of merchandise returned to us.
Warranty DOA (Dead On Arrival) products will be covered 60 days for international customers.
If the returned item was found defective, a replacement or store credit will be offered (DOA warranty only).
Please return the defective item(s) with a written note briefly mentioning the issue, the order number, and the returning address.
Replacements or exchanges will be shipped via Air Mail. The customer may choose to pay for his preferred shipping method.
Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have shipping fees deducted from the refund
